Dr. Isabel MD is a FunctionaI/Integrative Medicine Doctor specialising in Brain Health and overall wellness of the human body. She has worked in medicine (both as a traditional, clinical doctor and as a functional doctor) for over 30 years. 

Chef Michael is a Culinary Nutrition Expert Chef and Health Coach. He is trained in culinary arts, culinary nutrition, and functional nutrition. He’s served our clients in a health capacity for over 10 years. 

In addition to our professional expertise, we also share our personal experiences and how we’ve navigated our own mental and physical health issues.

No problem! We record the calls and share them in the private Club so you can watch and learn at your leisure.
Your MD and Chef Team will be on audio and video, however, you don’t need to! You can be audio only, audio and video, or silent. It's 100% your choice.
