My parents both died young and I was on track to a similar fate in my 50s. Not wanting to bring the same pain to my family, I completely changed my lifestyle. By the time I got to my 60s, I felt way younger than I did at 50. Still do.
I offer practical, everyday cooking skills and an exploration into the therapeutic properties of the foods we eat. My goal is to show you how food affects your thoughts and all of your body’s systems. As a Functional Nutrition Chef, I listen to your history and look at genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that all play a role. We’ll treat food as medicine to improve your long-term health.

After two decades as a traditional medical doctor, I realised that our current medical system teaches dependency on medications. It doesn’t empower people to be in control of their health and give them hope. So, in 2013, I embarked on my own with the goal of helping more people, mastering the integrative approach we take today at Doctor on a Mission.
